The Clave Card in Panama is a trusted system of payment that most people use in stores in its physical form. Now, +Móvil is introducing a way for Panamanians to pay using their Clave Cards for their cell phone services, whether it be topping up, buying new services, or paying their bills, they can use the Clave Card on +Móvil’s app called MiMás App without having to worry. The obstacle was approaching making Panamanians understand that using Clave is easy, fast, and secure. Using illustrations and little videos of common situations all Panamanians can relate to, we got the message across that using Clave was the best way to top up.
